I offer a range of personalised one-to-one sleep support. My aim is to find a sleep solution that works well for you and your child. Depending on the level of support that you require, I offer four different sleep support packages. Following on from our free introductory call, I can help you to select the most appropriate package.

The sweet slumber package is a wonderful option providing personalised advice that is tailored to your child’s needs. The detailed sleep plan is easy to follow, with step by step guides on how to implement the sleep changes. With our weekly follow up calls, you can be assured that I am with you every step of the way, for any advice or support that you may require.

The dream catcher package is a premium option providing unique one to one support that is tailored to your child. You will also get two weeks of one to one support via WhatsApp during waking hours where I will answer your questions and support you throughout the consultation process.

This service provides a follow up summary email after both calls, summarising the points discussed. The beauty of this option is that you will also receive one to one support via WhatsApp during waking hours to guide you as you implement your changes for the first 3 days. I will answer your questions and support you during this process.
