She understood our needs very quickly and was able to propose tweaks and adjustments to apply to our existing routine over the course of time to make a gradual improvement, whilst also making detailed observations and identifying issues that we hadn’t considered.  I would strongly recommend Rina’s service, she is very thorough whilst being extremely approachable and collaborative.
